Julia Streets, MBE is an entrepreneur, advisor, speaker and certified leadership coach who works with senior executives to build high-performing teams and lead through complex organisational change.
She founded Streets Consulting in 2007, a business development and marketing consultancy supporting fintechs, scale-ups and major financial institutions. Her team specialises in emerging technologies including AI, blockchain and cyber security.
Previously, she held senior roles at Atos Euronext Market Solutions and Instinet, with a background in global communications and marketing.
Julia is a sought-after conference chair, leadership coach and podcast host. She has been recognised by Brummell Magazine and the Global Diversity List, and is known for championing innovation, inclusion and leadership. She is also a Fellow of the British American Project.
